Anyhow, remember that entry where I mentioned that I don't need nor want an iPod because I already have one too many music players? Screw that. I WANT AN IPOD SO BAD! Huhuhu. All in all I have 4 gigabytes for my music from 3 players (mp3 player, PDA, mobile phone), which is just crazy. Hiwahiwalay na files, nakakaloka! So now I'm saving up for an iPod. Good luck to me.

What else? Oh I found a cheap copy of The Historian on eBay and it will be delivered tomorrow. Yay! I'm sooo excited! But I still haven't finished reading Tuesdays with Morrie (boo), so that would have to wait. Speaking of books, I finally found a book on Audrey Hepburn's life at Buy the Book in Walter Mart, but I was a little broke at that time and I didn't want to swipe my card so I didn't buy it. But now when I go to Buy the Book in Walter Mart and see that book still up for grabs, I'm going to purchase it. No questions asked.

Moving on, I was finally able to watch my bestfriend Jenn's gig at Seafood Island in Market! Market! last Friday night. I went with Paul and some high school friends. It was fun! I missed her and the rest of the gang. Sana maulit yung reunion at sana kumpleto na next time.

Blame it on the (non-stop) rain.

Skipped work today to get some rest. I was able to finish Tuesdays with Morrie and everybody who have read it ahead of me was right. It was a very moving story and it did give me a whole new perspective on death and life.

The narration of Morrie's sufferings also reminded me of my (maternal) grandparents, whose own sufferings I have witnessed. I still find myself in tears whenever I remember their last days with us, especially my Nanay Onor. It makes me wish I could have done more to ease the pain that they felt. I talk to them sometimes to ask for forgiveness for my shortcomings. For not doing what I was supposed to do. Then I ask them to watch over us.

Enough of the sad memories. Aside from finishing the book I was also able to watch Nancy Drew on dibidi. The first pocketbook that I ever read was a Nancy Drew mystery titled The Clue of the Dancing Puppet. I found it in the old library in my other grandfather's house in Cavite and it was then that I discovered my interest in "unlocking mysteries."

This day has been a good one all in all. I'm feeling a lot better and I think Ill be able to go to work tomorrow. Oh drats. I just remember the tons of work that are waiting for me in the office.

I finally found an AH bag! I wanted to buy all three designs, but that wouldn't be practical, so I settle for this one. Other AH stuff in this photo: dvds, vcds (one's extra-special because it was given by a fellow AH fan all the way from Bicol), shirt from Sandz, a make-up kit that I got from eBay and a cameo ring, which I bought from Abby.

I have Jaja to thank for this new addiction...

...shopping with my mom and sis. I still have a few minutes to decide. We're planning to buy a treadmill since all of us obviously need to lose a lot of weight.

Other than the fat-burning machine I'm also contemplating on buying some make-up as I am updating my beauty arsenal. I already bought a new lipstick, the Avon Ultra Moisture Rich Mousse Lipstick in Delicate Pink, which I am sooo loving (I also ordered one in Mango Sorbet), and now I'm planning to buy a new eyeshadow pallet, blusher, clear mascara, a good concealer, eyelash curler, brown eyeliner, Maybelline pressed powder....

haha! Ang dami pala. Kaya rin nagdadalawang-isip ako kung sasama dahil baka maubos lang pera ko sa make-up. On top of these I am also tempted to buy an iPod. Hay. Then there's the endless list of grocery items that we NEED to buy.

Hmpft. Bahala na. Sasama na nga ako to test narin king mare-resist ko ang urge na bilhin ang mga ito.

Nakakapagod talaga maglakad sa mall but what's really tiring me these days are my treadmill sessions. Yep, you read that right. Nag-eexercise na ngayon si Ivee! KAILANGAN eh...

Oh sya. I'm gonna cut this short and enjoy what's left of the long weekend. Sana hindi umulan. 

My boss is in the hospital again. I'm starting to freak out.

My boss came in for work today, hooray!

But she had to leave the office for a meeting somewhere in Manila.

Anyhoo, just ordered films online from my suki. My new toy will be delivered tomorrow and I'm so excited to see him/her (haven't decided yet on the cam's gender)! It's a Vivitar PN2011.

I know I have been crushing on the UW&S for the longest time, but I figured I wanted to try a cam that has an effect different from that of the Holga's, which is vignetting, para maiba naman. The Vivitar PN2011 is a focus-free 35mm film camera that easily switches from normal to panoramic mode. Also, it's much cheaper than the UW&S, so I would still have cash for buying films.

Ah. Can't wait to go lomo-crazy again!

I was just looking for sympathy. All you had to do was LISTEN to my rants. You didn't have to say anything, really. I would've appreciated it if you just shut up for ONE FULL MINUTE, as in TOTAL SILENCE. But you didn't. You couldn't stop talking.

Paul and I had an unplanned trip to Binondo today. It was all sunny, perfect for taking lomo shots...only I didn't have my new toy camera with me. Waaaaah!

Okay it wasn't such a perfect day after all. Sobrang init! At kaya naman kami napunta sa Binondo ay dahil binalak namin mag-ferry pauwi. Kamusta naman, pagdating namin dun ng ala-una kaaalis lang ng ferry at ang susunod na trip ay 3:00 p.m. pa. Parang gusto kong maglupasay sa inis pero wala naman kaming magagawa. Malay ba namin. Hay. Kaya nag-fx nalang kami.

Nakakapagod. Tulog muna ko. Ay simba muna pala.
